Our hotel is accessible for the disabled. There are accessible toilets in the lobby and on the conference floor. On the first floor we have a barrier-free room, which is accessible by elevator.
The hotel is air-conditioned, additionally all of our rooms have a separate air conditioner. The air conditioner turns off if you open the terrace door or the window.
Baby cot, extra bed
baby cots and extra beds are limited available.
The use of the bathrobe is free of charge and can be asked at the reception.
Body lotion, shower cap, cotton pad and ear swabs can be found in all bathrooms. Razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, comb and sewing kit can be requested free of charge at the reception.
Bathroom additional equipment
Anti-slip tool and extra chair can be requested at the reception.
Bed linen exchange
Our colleagues change the bed linen twice a week, if you need a daily change, call the reception.
You can rent a bike at the reception.
Breakfast is available in our restaurant on weekdays 07:00-10:00 am, at weekends 07:00-10:30 am. Upon request we can deliver the breakfast to your room wit room service. The service charge is 1500 HUF (approx. 4,3 EUR). If you want to order room service, please call the Reception!

Children and baby
On request we put babycot, baby chair, food warmer, baby bath in the room for children.
The daily cleaning of the room is from 07:00 am-04:00 pm. If you don’t require cleaning, please put the appropriate tag on the handle. If you need an extra cleaning, please contact the reception.
Please contact the Reception during your stay, so that we could solve your problem as soon as possible.
Conference and event

On the day of departure you are requested to vacate your room before 11 a.m. If you wish to stay longer please contact the Reception.
In case of intentional damages extra fee will be charged.
The electric current is 220 V. Please use the outlets in the bathroom for electric razors and electric toothbrushes only. For other uses please use the outlets in the room.
All our rooms are equipped with an electric kettle.
2 personal elevators are operating in the hotel. Please do not use the elevator in case of fire, in case of fire alarm!

Our environment-friendly hotel supports several environmental initiatives. In recognition of our efforts the hotel received the ISO-14001 certificate. We are paying great attention also to the reduction of chemicals used, water consumption and apply selective waste collection. We kindly ask you to support our efforts. Extra pillows, blankets, towels
Extra blankets, pillows are available on request, please call the Reception. If you need fresh towels and linen contact the Reception.
Fire alarm system and emergency exit
Fire detectors and extinguishers can be found on every floor, the rooms themselves are equipped with smoke detectors. In case of fire a siren sounds. In this case search for the nearest emergency exit according to the escape plan, which can be found on the inner side of the door and leave the building through the staircase as soon as possible.

Our bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer.
National and official holidays of Hungary: 1 January, 15 March, Easter Monday, 1 May, Whit Monday, 20 August, 23 October, 1 November, 25 and 26 December.
International adapters are available at the reception.
All of our rooms are equipped with WLAN and LAN Internet availability. The WLAN Internet is protected by password. For LAN connection ask for a cable at the reception.
Please take care of your key cards and hand them over at the reception by checking out. If you lose them, we have to charge 1.000 HUF compensation fee.
Laundry service, ironing
Put your clothes with the cleaning note in the laundry bag, which you can find in the wardrobe. Prepare this for the chambermaid and inform the reception (Telephone: 9). The housemaids are collecting the bags every time they are cleaning the rooms. The clothes will be cleaned within 24 hours. You can find the pricelist on the cleaning note.

Iron and ironing board are available for rent at our reception.
Letter papers and envelops are available at the reception for free of charge.

Luggage safekeeping beside the reception is free of charge.

You can ask for mattress toppers at our reception or by our chambermaids.

Upon payment, it is possible to consume products from the minibar located in the room. The content of the minibar is checked and replaced every day by the chambermaids. Please inform our receptionist about your last day’s minibar consumption upon check-out.

Every day tons of detergent and millions of liters of water are used to wash towels that has been used only once. Please decide for yourself. A towel on the rack means “I’ll use it again”. A towel on the floor means “Please exchange”. Thank you for helping us conserve the Earth’s vital resources.
